While we work diligently to help improve your credit, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Credit repair results vary depending on individual circumstances, and the removal of items from your credit report is ultimately determined by the credit bureaus and creditors.
Any company that promises or guarantees specific credit score increases or the removal of accurate negative information is not being truthful. We comply with all applicable laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each service period. We accept various payment methods as specified during enrollment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
You may cancel your service at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@bmariellc.com. You are responsible for payment through the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
Your Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which you signed the contract.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not share your personal or financial information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.
B. Marie Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of B. Marie Consulting and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Houston, TX.
